Enters into Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Guangdong Baiyun Universityof China Education Group

Ride on the National Development of Industry-Education Integration to Optimize its Human Resources Eco-system


[Hong Kong-31 December 2021] Renrui Human Resources Technology Holdings Limited (“Renrui HR” or the“Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the“Group”) (HKEX: 6919) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the “Agreement”) with Guangdong Baiyun University, an university under China Education Group Holdings limited(“China Education Group”)(HKEX:0839). The two parties intend to strengthen the cooperation between the school and enterprise, by leveraging the resources of both parties, especially in the field of education and training, in order to increase the employment rate of graduates and the quality of individual’s career development. The cooperation would represent yet another showcase of industry-education integration, allowing graduates to achieve seamless transition from school to real workplaces.

China Education Group is the largest listed higher and secondary vocational education group in China. China Education Group enjoys a leading market position with its well-established school network of 12 schools. As of November 2021, its total student enrollment reached approximately 280,000, representing a rich pool of young talents. Guangdong Baiyun University is one of China Education Group’s operating colleges, focusing on cultivating high-quality professional talents under the "3+1" school-enterprise collaborative model. This represents a good match with Renrui HR, a leading comprehensive human resources service provider in China, which strives to re-engineer the traditional HR services through technology innovations and solve the recruitment issues of established enterprises, while creating a large pool of qualified talents and promoting individual’s career development.

Pursuant to the Agreement, each year Guangdong Baiyun University will select a certain number of students to participate in the corporates’ internship programs offered by Renrui HR, whereas Renrui HR will provide them with priority access to campus recruitment activities such as offline job fairs and seminars, as well as internship opportunities at established enterprises.
