  Insiders selling at this point in the year is very very common. Not even a little concerned about it. They have to do it for tax purposes and with capital gains vrs capital loss the SP doesn’t play much of a role.

Many are complaining that BB employees are getting shares. They actually don't mind receiving shares and holding them. They rather get shares than cash bonus because when this will rise the amount will translate to much bigger than cash.
