限制房地产，导致地方财政收入锐减，没有财力来投资基础建设。实际上等同于实行了紧缩的财政政策。要促进经济提速发展，没有宽松的财政政策，则需要靠货币政策施加更大的推力。所以我认为货币宽松将是未来一段时间的基调。
