$Novavax(NVAX)$Omicron & the latest news from Moderna regarding their Covid19 vaccine’s effectivenes against the newest variant doesn’t bode well for the Novavax stock… [Sweats] That said, there are countries around the world that still have a low inoculation rate, many people have been waiting for this non-MRNA vaccine & Delta is not gone so any vaccine is better than no vaccine at all. 

But I do wonder if the Novavax vaccine is proven to be ineffective against Omicron, will it still be approved just to deal with Delta & the other older variants or would it be considered to be “not up to the current standards” & be rejected? I think the approvals will still go through as long as the vaccine is provento be safe & still meets the current needs (protection against other Covid19 variants). However, I think the stock price could be very badly impacted. Novavax isn’t exactly known to be fast, investors in this sector would likely risk transfer to the other vaccine makers. Maybe the stock price passing 300 won’t happen in the next few months anymore, as I’ve previously hoped. Maybe 250 tops as more approvals come along? Not sure if I’m gonna hold the stock for so long anymore. Breaking even is already looking quite a struggle. [Doubt]
