Late Thursday, the Federal Trade Commission sued to block Nvidia's $40 billion acquisition of Arm from SoftBank Group Corp. that has met with several headwinds since it was first announced back in late 2020.</p>\n<p>AMD <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AMD\">$(AMD)$</a> shares, which fell into a correction on Friday, declined 3.4% to close at $139.06 on Monday.
