$MAPLETREE LOGISTICS TRUST(M44U.SI)$Dunno what to do with this one. I know it will go back up, it’s a good stock, but it’s gonna be a long wait & the money is just sitting there now at a loss, should I transfer it to other stocks? Stupid memade the mistake of buying into SREITs as a new investor when my aim was to grow my cash (it doesn’t have to be at a godlike speed but it cannot be this slow). My position is also not big enough to make the dividend make sense. [Sweats]

    For dividend this stock is very good. But if you sell now . Do you have anything to buy ? If not just hold and earn some dividend

      to buy other stocks, now I’m starting to have to cycle cash out from my underperforming stocks to buy into other stocks.

      for this to make sense. At the same time, stock price has been down & down for a few months now. Sounds like paperhands but the reality is the opportunity cost involved, back then I still had funds

      Agreed. Reason why I bought it back then. I personally think buying SREITs is mainly for wealth preservation (dividend pays way better than bank interest rates). Thing is I didn’t park a lot under it

    Same. Have been looking at the share price and it keep dropping. I think the main purpose of this share is just to hold and wait for dividend.
