$Visa(V)$ The stock is up 4 1/2%, but the volume conviction isn't there. Which means wall street/institutional buying is still on the sidelines. Also many waiting to see if V & Amazon$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ can come to an agreement on fee charges.  Probably won't know to sometime in January.
