作者|吕玥曾经光鲜亮丽的内容创作者们,如今大多都会有相同感触:“靠内容赚钱越来越难了。”一些粉丝千万的头部博主选择停更,提到的原因往往是收益下滑让他们难以为继。那些坚持更新的中腰部博主们,也常在视频中坦率地分享涨粉、商业化等难点。还有不少对内容满怀憧憬、全职投身创作的新人,一年到头发现收入还没原来上班工资高。在当下这个内容大繁荣时代里,创作者如何体面、持续赚钱似乎成了个“天问”。过去踩着平台崛起风口快速成长的路径,在当下已经不可复制。如今人人都在看内容,创作者却都为生存而焦虑。内容本被认为是零成本、好启动的领域,似乎创意才华就是唯一门槛。但内容创业在当下看起来更像是种过时、投机、碰运气的操作。创作者还有稳定的生存路径?未来还会有新红利可把握吗?中小创作者和新人还有成长机会吗?这个领域是否还有足够的上升空间?真实的内容创业生态事实上,自互联网发展让内容创作彻底平权后,内容供给侧竞争就始终激烈。从博客、微博、公众号,到短视频、内容社区,总是有人退场也有人上场。而十多年的更迭发展,塑造了当下这个特点鲜明的内容创业生态。从创作者角度看,内容生产趋于工业化,专业团队懂用户爽点、市场趋势和热点,就会比个体创意见地的市场反馈好。而从平台角度,内容生态的成熟意味着创作者金字塔结构的生成,中腰部和新人的上升难度大。同时基础内容饱和,平台扶持自然会更看重细分热门领域,而非大规模扶持所有人。抖音对文艺院团直播的扶持、快手对新农人创作的支持以及今年各大平台对短剧的关注都是如此。这种演进和变化是种必然,不过也确实让很多创作者“体感”生存难度越来越大。最突出的问题在于流量。创作者会发现,即便内容保持着相同风格和品质,但能触达的流量体量却不如以前。而怎么能提升推荐、播放量也变成了玄学,没有准确答案。商业模式专家孙洪鹤从2018年起在互联网上创作内容,他提到过去如果拥有100万粉丝,粉丝活跃度平均在10%左右,发布任意一个作品播放量都能超过10万。但现在,粉丝到达率低了,相对应推荐率也调整了,作品播放量甚至可能会掉落至1000。那之前的流量去哪了呢?按常理分析,大概率是因为供给侧竞争愈强,大量新兴创作者不断涌现,从而分散了流量。但此时创作者又会看到,整个生态中二八法则很显著,中腰部创作者和新人们想要跻身头部阵营的挑战艰巨,大家也都面临着流量不足
