我的理解是国内热门公立比私立好，按区划分没什么问题，在海外排名高的政府公立周边房价也贵得离谱，竞争还远没国内激烈。既然享受了人口带来的红利，那就要接受不可避免人才竞争，真正精英不会被埋没
