At present EV makes up only a tiny fraction of the auto market. The expected exponential increase in conversion to EV will create a huge market with many more EV players apart from just Tesla. This is not necessarily bad for Tesla as there is room for more than 1 dominant player. 

Also we know Tesla is more than just an EV company, with autonomous vehicles and robotaxis, energy and battery businesses all in the works. Long Tesla!
