$Intel(INTC)$ Absolutely Hedge Funds and Institutions manipulate the share price. I'm actually fine with that because even they swing to extremes. Money possibly in 2 months but Hedge Funds will cover shorts in the meantime. The trend is up. With money coming it would only be a fool to bet against INTC.
