2024年1月25日，以音频为中心的全球化社交和娱乐集团Sound Group Inc.宣布，今日已于新加坡召开特别股东大会，经股东特别决议批准，公司名称由“LIZHI INC.”变更为“Sound Group Inc.”。
同时，公司在纳斯达克交易所的股票代码将由“LIZI”变更为“SOGP”。公司的每份美国存托股份（ADS）代表200股A类普通股，每股普通股面值为0.0001美元。公司将于美东时间2024年1月25日市场开盘后启用新的股票代码。
Sound Group Inc.创始人兼首席执行官赖奕龙先生表示，“全新的公司名称及股票代码充分体现了集团的使命愿景：创建全球最大声音平台，帮助人们用声音连接彼此，更紧密沟通，更快乐生活。步入2024年，我们将继续坚定执行全球化战略，推动产品创新，为我们的用户和股东创造更多价值。”
本次公司名称及股票代码变更不会对股东权益、公司经营或财务状况产生实质性影响。公司亦无意透过此公告变更其财务策略或财务报告。
