They said the aircraft maker is poised to boost cash flow as it increases jet deliveries.</p> <p>“Execution and<span> supply chain challenges have limited the pace of the free cash flow improvement, and under-performance to 2022 and 2023 expectations have kept the stock in check,” Ken Herbert, analyst at RBC Capital, said in a November 27 report. “However, we believe buy-side expectations for 2024-2025 free cash flow reflect conservatism, and as execution on the Max and 787 continue to gradually improve, we believe the potential for positive revisions is growing.”</span></p> <p>Boeing's (BA) free cash flow -- a closely followed indicator -- will reach $5.5 billion in 2024 and $8.5 billion in 2025, RBC estimates.</p> <p>The bank also forecasts that Boeing (BA) next year will deliver 535 of its best-selling 737 Max jet, and will provide initial guidance for 500-550 deliveries.</p> <p>“We agree that the announced production rates from Boeing (BA) would suggest a number over 600, but we expect about 100 from inventory and stabilization at about 38 a month for deliveries from production,” RBC’s analysts said. “The supply chain remains the key risk for Boeing (BA), but we believe we will see improved supplier consistency into 2024.”</p> <h3>787 Dreamliner Deliveries</h3> <p>RBC’s channel checks indicate that Boeing’s (BA) suppliers expect the company to deliver three 787 Dreamliners a month in December, and will reach six a month by the end of next year.
