Just seeing if I understand what’s coming. Let’s say I own 1k TRCH. On or after June 24, it becomes 1k MMAT (but if you’re a current MMAT holder, 1k MMAT becomes 4K?) also on or June 24, we get paid out a 1 time dividend for the amount of shares we own. No price set yet but could range from $0.50-$45? Thanks in advance! $Torchlight Energy Resources(TRCH)$

Looks like TIger will just change its ticket symbol Based on the announced notification I received. So i guess they wont convert it to MEta shares?
