垄断全国超过一半的机票预定量,高端酒店在线份额超过60%,在线旅游度假产品份额过半,你竟然说没壁垒?
看收入一年200多亿,毛利率比阿里还高能到80%,而且旅游业务的天花板还是很高,未来一定会诞生万亿GMV,千亿收入,千亿美金市值的公司。
如果不是航空公司这几年狂推直销,代理费率几乎降到0(原来能达到5%),携程早上天了。

京东服饰干不过天猫看上去是b端不行,但是为什么服饰商家都选天猫不选京东?根源是c端,阿里有c2c平台,京东确没有,有个拍拍还被自己废了,c2c的个性化更能吸引大量的购买需求的精准流量,那些卖女装的天猫商家有多少百分比是淘宝app成交的?一半肯定不止吧,其次还可以培育b端,天猫服饰类目卖家有多少是c2c平台做大后再入天猫的?京东服饰不开放给个人卖家永远斗不过天猫

京东现在的增长放缓,不是在获取用户,实际上微信手Q能提供近十亿用户资源。
而是暂时没有能力突破天猫在服饰时尚品类的几乎垄断地位,天猫在合作,活动,营销层面,和商家合作几乎都尝试排京东,我家电都是在京东买,但是买服装箱包,貌似没几个知名旗舰店,自营货品也不全,只能选天猫。
如果b端这么好做,京东服饰不至于像今天这么惨(当然女性用户偏少也是一个原因)

不是没有壁垒,大部分壁垒烧钱都可以突破,b端如此,用户端也是(社交产品除外)。例如中国出现一个敢烧500亿美金的企业,一样在出行领域把看似壁垒很高的滴滴打死,只是代价太大。
携程股票早在16年就清空,不是携程多差,而是一个盈利很舒服的企业,很难放弃所有已经得到的,破釜沉舟去继续把门槛做到极高。
但是携程到今天依然是领先者,美团至少烧了十亿美金在上面(团队,补贴,地推),这几乎是携程过去三年的总利润

而且不仅是阿里与美团,我相信未来几年还有其他的独角兽进入这个行业,旅行市场将进入白刃战阶段,携程未来几年财报会越来越难看,携程再不用心的去拓展其他行业丰富自己的产品线,吸引终端客户,短期的未来和长期的未来都会失去!
