'To the moon' is completely arbitrary and open to interpretation, but then again so are most things about valuation, when you think about it,\" Collins wrote.</p>\n<p>\"For instance, when an analyst pounds the table on a stock, how is that different from 'to the moon?' Or when someone says, 'all in.' Are they really all in? Did they cash in all their assets, pool the liquidity, and buy every share they possibly could? Probably not. Actually, I'd say definitely not 99.9999% of the time. Of course, there's always that one person,\" Collins said.</p>\n<p>\"But the point isWall Street has been arbitraryfor years. We can't even have a standard rating system. Is it 'Neutral' or 'Hold?' And really, do I want to hold something that is only in the middle of your range? Own or don't own.\"</p>\n<p>Assets like GameStop and even cryptocurrency seem to be selling on nothing more than pure emotion.
