Positives :
- very strong top and middle management team with experience in product development , marketing , M&A
- strong balance sheet for next 4-5 years of R&D , market development & acquisition
- going for Hi- end of PCB market , high margins
- most crucial factor will be development of new materials - and depending on material development - diff news use cases / market - open ended , basically this is the optionality of stock which I am looking most keenly as this can literally make it a large cap ($20B +)
- clean speaking cEO ( IMHO very good sign )

Negatives :
- less than expected sales of dragonfly
- Europe is open and wait for large acquisition after DD and site visit as promised in last CC is testing patience ( I will stick no matter what but would have loved that acquisition news by now )$Nano Dimension Ltd.(NNDM)$
