$Torchlight Energy Resources(TRCH)$with stock reverse split, if i brought at $8 per share at 100 shares and now trch is $5, it mean i will have 50 shares of $10 after split. With lesser shares mean lower multiplier, i need the new MMAT price to rise up to $16 before i can break even. U guy may want to factor that calculation  before u sell off.
