$Orbital Energy Group(OEG)$ Average analyst consensus value BEFORE THE CONTRACT ANOUNCEMENT was $11 ($8-$15)!!!!!  That's right...$11...so... Current share price is just a stepping stone to where we all know this will eventually end up. Whatever number we attach to the contract value is irrelevant really.
