- Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter and issued strong sales guidance for the current quarter. The company ended the second quarter with 206 million monetizable daily active users, which was up from 186 million in the prior year and 199 million in the first quarter. Twitter shares surged 5.7% to $73.50 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting Honeywell International Inc (NYSE:HON) to have earned $1.94 per share on revenue of $8.64 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Honeywell shares fell 0.2% to $232.30 in after-hours trading.
- Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) reported upbeat earnings for its second quarter and raised its FY21 guidance. However, Intel shares fell 2.6% to $54.50 in the after-hours trading session.
- Snap Inc (NYSE:SNAP) reported stronger-than-expected earnings and sales results for its second quarter and also issued upbeat Q3 sales guidance. The company also saw daily active users increase 23% year over year to 293 million. Snap shares jumped 17.7% to $74.12 in the after-hours trading session.
