March 2009, July 2012, and February 2016 as a guide,\" Stephen Suttmeier, technical research strategist at BofA Securities writes in a note. \"The average and median cycles make a case for High Beta leadership relative to Low Volatility into March-April 2022.\"\nBased on the charts, he picks 10 attractive higher-beta stocks.\nBoeing(NYSE:BA)\"shows bullish rotation and signs of a bottom relative to the SPX, which confirm the bullish absolute price pattern.\"\n\"Holding the 206.60-191.85 support, which is backed up by rising 26 and 40-week MAs near 194-188, would keep this positive technical
