Losers outnumbered gainers 251 to 144, after 532.5 million shares worth S$446.1 million changed hands.\nBanking stocks were in the red as at 11.11 am, with DBS, UOB and OCBC slipping 1.2 per cent, 1.4 per cent and 1.5 per cent respectively.\nExceptions included glove and personal protective equipment makers. Top Glove, Medtecs International, Riverstone and UGHealthcare were up 0.7 per cent, 5.8 per cent, 1.4 per cent and 4.7 per cent respectively.\nMeanwhile, Hong Kong, Australia and Tokyo opened lower on Monday.\nThe Hang Seng Index slipped 2 per cent to 22,724.54, while the Shanghai Composite Index eased 1.1 per cent to 3,593.6.
