US can't expect the last 2-year Covid-19 pandemic bull run to continue through QE & ultra loose monetary policy. You can't have your cake and eat it too. US inflation is now at 7%, the highest since 1982. More and more countries are also getting disgusted with the US for abusing the USD as an int'l reserve currency. Can expect much volatility going forward with increasing probability of downsides.

The US stock market may plummet in 2022, and the bull market in the past will soon be far away from us.

In my opinion, the rise of U.S. stocks for many years in a row means that a deep adjustment may occur at any time. The Federal Reserve has already released the signal that it will raise interest rates in 2022. If we don't choose to sell high-valued stocks now, we will only have huge losses on the books.

Last year, US stocks hit ATH numerous time mainly due to QE and ultra loose monetary policy. Biden can't continue with such unreasonable strategies in 2022. US national debt is hitting $31.4 trillion, an alarming figure. Inflation is now at 40-year high of 7%. Interest rate hikes is a certainty. More and more countries are disgusted with US hegemony and bullying. And abusing the USD as global reserve currency.

The US interest rate hike will first affect the growth stocks with high valuation, but it will benefit the banking stocks.
