Its shares gained S$0.006 or 12.8 per cent to S$0.053.\nThe Catalist-listed Malaysia property developer on Monday said it has inked an agreement with Huawei International to jointly explore and develop business opportunities in renewable energy, data centres, cloud computing, enterprise intelligence and fintech infrastructure.\nAmong index stocks, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust saw brisk trading, with 381,100 units worth S$760,000 changing hands. Its units were flat at S$1.99.\nST Engineering was also actively traded, with 201,600 shares worth S$750,000 changing hands. The counter was down S$0.02 or 0.5 per cent at S$3.72.\nThe trio of local banks were down in early trade.
