    Better not procrastinate. China has already moved ahead with revised regulatory measures to curb monopoly practice and better data management. Lots of short term pain. Basically, all tech counters, including BAT, are affected and currently trading at ATL (all-time low). Long term, a win-win for both customers and service providers as a more regulated market will injet consumer confidence and enhanced demand.
