Real estate and financials are second and third, with gains of 23.5% and 21.9%, respectively.\n“Even though [environmental, social and corporate governance] and other things have kept equity managers away from the energy stocks, I think the supply-demand dynamics for oil are so good that the energy stocks have the most upside of any sector right now,” Lee said in an interview on“Fast Money.”\nLee, the co-founder ofFundstrat Global Advisors, has long been bullish on the energy stocks as the economy reopens from coronavirus pandemic-related disruptions. In early May, Lee said he felt“the entire energy complex is a buy.”\nWhile other commodities have facedrecent weaknessafter big rallies, Lee said Monday he believes oil is different “because of the tightening of supply because capital spending has dropped so much.”\nThat decline in capital expenditures is now coinciding with a fierce resurgence of oil demand as more economic activity resumes, such as travel, the strategist noted.\nIn a recent note, Bank of America analysts said they believe oilcould hit $100 per barrel next yeardue to the supply-and-demand imbalance.\nBrent futures, the international crude benchmark, traded just shy of $75 per barrel
