Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (the Trust) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal investment strategy of the Trust is to invest directly or indirectly in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate in the Greater China region and Japan. The Trust's real estate properties are used primarily for commercial purposes including real estate that are used predominantly for retail or office purposes, as well as real estate-related assets. The Trust's investment manager is Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust Management Ltd.
