TransCoastal Corporation (TCEC) commenced operations in August, 1998, for the purpose of acquiring working interest in both producing oil and gas properties, and in developmental drilling ventures with independent oil and gas operators. The Company has since evolved into an independent energy development company focused on the acquisition, development, production, and exploration of oil and natural gas properties in North America. Since 2000, our efforts have focused primarily on the development of oil and gas reserves in Texas and the Southwestern Region of the United States. TCEC has acquired or divested in 100+ wells in this region, and has 200+ PUD locations in over 5000 acres with leasing activities on-going. TCEC has employed engineers, geologist, land specialist, technicians, and supervisors to maintain our existing properties as well as to continue growth in our core areas.
