Hutchison Port Holdings Trust is a Singapore-based business trust. It invests in, develops, operates, and manages deep-water container ports in the Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau in China. It may also invest in other types of port assets, including river ports, which are complementary to the deep-water container ports owned by the Company, as well as undertake certain port ancillary services, such as trucking, feedering, freight-forwarding, supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution services. Its geographical segments include Hong Kong and Mainland China. It operates Hongkong International Terminals (HIT), COSCO-HIT Terminals (COSCO-HIT) and Asia Container Terminals (ACT) in Hong Kong, and Yantian International Container Terminals (YANTIAN) and Huizhou International Container Terminals (HICT) in Mainland China. It operates about 38 berths across 647 hectares of land. It is managed by Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited.
