ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust, formerly Cache Logistics Trust, is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Company invests in real estate used for logistics purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, in Asia-Pacific. Its portfolio comprises of approximately 27 logistics warehouse properties strategically located in logistics clusters in Singapore and Australia. The portfolio has a total gross floor area of approximately nine million square feet. Its properties in Singapore are located in logistics clusters, such as the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS), Changi International LogisPark and the Tampines LogisPark, which are near to the airport, as well as the Penjuru, Pandan and Gul Way areas. In Australia, its properties are located in industrial precincts in the trade and distribution cities of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
